HDR is the acronym for HUMAN DEVELOPMENT RESOURCE with the primary purpose/aim/objective of developing the intellectual prowess and knowledge of its members/associates in gaining information on the global immigration procedures on countries like Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, the United States of America, the European Union and other Developed Countries.

Which have open immigration policies with the end in view of creating awareness and empowerment so that if qualified to immigrate in the said countries, the members/associates themselves will be able to file and pursue their own immigrant applications in the respective embassies/consulates of the said countries without the need of hiring expensive consultants and paying exorbitant fees.

To create and establish a revolving fund from contributions which can be used by its members for self improvement and development and for the payment of life, sickness, accident, or other benefits exclusively to the members, to receive donations and/or grants from the private and public sector to be able to continue its human resource developmental activities and global immigration linkages and to engage in any activities in the furtherance of its primary purpose and objective.

HDR and Associate, Global Immigration Linkages, Organization, provides a complete range of services designed to ensure that a client’s visa application exceeds the perquisites demanded by the foreign government immigration authorities.

Our Services include:

1. Documentation Instruction and Review
· Provide advice on all documentations requirements
· Review and ensure documents meet embassy criteria
· Advise alternative solutions when documents are not accessible

2. National Occupational Classification and Job Descriptions
· Review and recommend appropriate occupational description vis-a- vis client’s work history.
· Advise on the correct occupation classified to use to match occupation classification in destination country
· Review and recommend modification to job description to match the requirements as set out in the occupational classification.

3. Application Forms
· Provide and prepare all the approved immigration forms required by the foreign government authority.

4. Language Assessment and Recommendation
· Provide support instruction and review materials to aid in pre-assessment of language capabilities
· Review and recommend revisions in the written explanation and supporting documentation to applicants who will opt to submit written evidence of proficiency to meet the Language Benchmarks

5. Proof of Funds
· Advise on the preparation and submission of Net Worth Statement to meet foreign government immigration criteria.
· Review documents in support of financial assets and liabilities to ensure that application will not get the irreversible decision of refusal due to insufficient funds.

6. Representation
· Provide representation services and responsibilities in an ethical manner and adhere to legal responsibilities as set out in the Immigration Act of the concerned country.
· Monitor communication and make necessary inquiries following guidelines set out by the immigration authority of the destination country.
Attach cover letter from senior consultant with application in support of applicant’s pursuit of skilled worker visa

7. Interview
· Review/ brief client in all aspects and instruct on how to support and defend his/her application in the seldom case that he/she has been requested to attend an interview

8. Substitute Evaluation
· Request substitute evaluation on behalf of applicant when circumstances warrant awarding additional points
